Email Marketing & Digital Design Executive

Lead end-to-end design and execution of seasonal subscription campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, January, Spring, Summer & September sales) across 12 brands, which has contributed to subscriber growth and retention.
Design digital assets, including web banners, emails, social posts and PPC material, from concept to final delivery.
Use Adobe Suite and Canva to create fresh visuals while preserving strong brand identity
Schedule and analyse email campaigns via Dotdigital to implement improvements using A/B testing and segmentation.
Work alongside external digital team across social campaigns to boost subscriber acquisition and engagement.
Support cross-functional efforts in editorial, digital, sales, and events, including RHS Chelsea Flower Show

Explored the intersection of design, branding, and strategy across spatial, experiential, and product design. Developed an interest in inclusive design, cultural narratives, and the power of emotive storytelling.
Final Major Project: Created a collection of body-positive candles to challenge the lack of inclusivity in mainstream interiors. This explored themes of body image, gender identity, and representation through sculpture.
Dissertation: “Groupies, Muses, and Sex Objects: The Relegation of Women in Indie Music”, accompanied by a Riot Grrrl-inspired zine to visualise and expand on feminist theory and subcultural storytelling.
